The application period for participation in the new edition of the D * na gastronomic festival is open until October 25, this year focused on the hospitality sector. They can join the initiative, which will be held from December 3 to 6, hospitality companies (restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream parlors ...) and food trade; and agricultural producers and food processing companies.
Interested companies should direct applications to the Office of Innovation and Creativity of the Dénia City Council and send them through the Electronic Headquarters (oac.denia.es).
To participate, the hospitality businesses must offer a gastronomic proposal for the days of the festival adapted to the requirements of D * na, that is, made with products from the region and served, where appropriate, with drinks from the Valencian Community.
In the case of businesses, which will extend their participation until December 12, the selected companies must have for sale products grown, processed or caught in the Marina Alta (at least three).
As for agricultural producers and agri-food processing companies, they will exhibit their products in the authorized area, in the Calle Marques de Campo, where presentations will also be held.
