1. Holders of taxi authorizations located in the Valencian Community, who on the date of application for the aid meet the following requirements:
- Possess an authorization type VT based in the Valencian Community, visa and in force at the time of application.
- Be up-to-date in compliance with tax and Social Security obligations.
- Those required for the holder of the authorization, in accordance with that established in article 8 of Law 13/2017, of November 8, on the taxi of the Valencian Community.
2. Beneficiaries will not have to incur any of the prohibitions provided for in section 2 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies.
