This evening, at 19:00 p.m., there will be a charity concert “Todos con Luca” at the Auditorium Theatre of the Dénia Social Centre, a charity event organised by Sebastián Mateu with the aim of raising funds for research into IFAP-1 syndrome, a rare disease that little Luca suffers from. The initiative has the collaboration of the Dénia City Council.
The concert will feature the participation of the groups Verea Flamenca and The Bloosters Blues Band. The entrance fee is 5 euros, and the funds raised will go to the association solidaris.es for the investigation of IFAP-1 syndrome.

Information about IFAP-1 disease
Luca has IFAP-1 syndrome, a very rare disease with only 14 known cases worldwide. This pathology, linked to the X chromosome, is caused by mutations in the MBTPS2 gene and affects men more. Its manifestations include follicular ichthyosis, hair loss and extreme sensitivity to light.

The concert is part of other charitable initiatives that have been organised recently in Dénia to help Luca and his family.
