On November 23, 2024, the XNUMXth Amunt Conference against Cancer will be held in Dénia, under the title 'Cancer, Research and Society'. The event will take place in the Sala Multiespai L'Androna at the Estació Marítima Baleària and will bring together experts from the medical and scientific fields.
The day will begin at 09:10 a.m. with a welcome speech by Isabel Llorca, president of the Amunt association, followed by a speech by Dr. Andrés Cervantes, director of INCLIVA, who will introduce the event. Throughout the day, the following topics will be addressed: 'Research in oncological medical images'; 'Integrative oncology'; 'From precision medicine to treatment resistance', and 'Development of CAR-T therapies'.
Speakers include specialists in biomedicine, oncology and psychology, who will discuss the above-mentioned topics. The event will close at 14:00 p.m. and will be led by Dr. Carlos Camps, coordinator of the Cancer Strategy of the Valencian Community.
