Saborea España presented last Friday its gastronomic routes in the new fair Vida Silver, an event held in Madrid, from November 25 to 27, which is mainly aimed at people over 50 years of age, a key target audience for all the destinations that are part of Saborea España.
Six of the destinations that make up the Saborea España platform attended the event with gastronomic proposals that left all attendees with a very good taste in their mouths. Dénia, Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO, presented by the hand of the chef, Ximo Pastor, one of the emblems of its products and its gastronomy, the red prawn of Dénia.
Pastor interested the public with his tricks on the exact point of salt and the boiling process of this appreciated delicacy, while the mayor of the city, Vicent Grimalt, provided solid arguments that position Dénia as a gastronomic destination.
Along with Dénia, the Saborea España destinations that have participated in the fair are Segovia, Cullera, Valladolid, Lanzarote and Cambrils. Those attending the event were able to taste and interact with the protagonists of the destinations.
An hour earlier, on the CUBO stage, Saborea España led a round table on new gastronomic experiences. Table in which Saborea Valladolid, with the participation of the general director of Abadía Retuerta Le Domaine, Enrique Valero, and Saborea Dénia, with the participation of the head of its Department of Tourism, Pepa Cardona, presented the private and public visions on development of first-rate gastronomic experiences.
