Lots of 9 to 12 books have been distributed for each educational stage (infantile, primary, secondary and high school) in all the centers. With titles like you body is yours, The Monster of colors (child education), Fearless, Emotional, Boy Power (primary), Neither Please nor Please, Bite the Apple or Persepolis (middle and high school).

I Drawing contest for bookmarks

Another of the initiatives on Equality raised in educational centers has been the First Drawing Contest for bookmarks for primary and secondary students. Launched in November, the student body's works were themed on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (November 25).

In its first edition, the court has voted as winners the primary student Ainhoa Jurado Gilabert from the Scientia Dénia School with a work with the title "Please stop"; while in secondary school the work “Si fa mal, no és amor” by Clara Ballester Taverner from IES Sorts de la Mar has received an award. Both will receive their award at an event to be held in the centers on February 10.

The winning bookmarks have been reproduced in physical format, and are already distributed among educational centers and citizens. In total, 12.000 reproductions have been made, 6.000 of the primary bookmark and another 6.000 of the secondary bookmark.

These initiatives aim to raise awareness among students, eliminating inequality of opportunities between the sexes and gender stereotypes thanks to educational policies and strategies that allow the implementation of transversality and achieve the involvement of all educational agents. From the Department it is warned that it is necessary to promote values of equality, respect and tolerance from coeducation in all educational stages, so it is invited to continue working together.

Very well, there are many people who say "neither machismo nor feminism", without knowing that feminism seeks equality between men and women, and not the domination of one sex by the other like machismo. But you'll see how someone comes out attacking feminism without really knowing what it means.
