This Sunday, the Festivities of the Sang Santíssima of Dénia came to an end. As planned in the program, and as is tradition, the last major event that served as a closing event was the grand castle fireworks that took place on the Torrecremada esplanade. But this had to be delayed to start almost at midnight due to an event that was not included when the program was made: the final of the Euro Cup in which the Spanish men's soccer team participated. And not only did he participate, he won, so the castle final coincided with the celebration of hundreds of fans of the beautiful sport who took to the streets to give free rein to their euphoria.
