The dianenses gymnasts have demonstrated, once again, the enormous talent they treasure and their abilities in competition. The absolute senior team of Club Gimnàstica Dénia, represented the Comunitat Valenciana, conquered the bronze medal in the Copa de España de Conjunto.
The team formed by Lourdes Miralles, Laura Crespo, Gal·la Gallo, Zaira More and Laura Jaquel, and trained by the sisters Soria, Montse and Xus, made a spectacular exercise on the tapestry of the sports pavilion of Zaragoza. Both the difficulty of the exercise and its good execution, allowed the dianenses to climb to the third box of the podium.
Silver medal for Sofia Cortí
Personally, we should highlight the silver medal won in the juvenile category by Sofía Cortí, a Dianense gymnast who was part of the Riba-Roja Gymnastics Club team. Cortí achieved this award in the club mode where he did a very complete exercise, being close to the champion Carlota González, belonging to the Ruth-Ritmo Sports Club of Castilla y León.
