The Dénia Rugby Barbarians have started their pre-season at the Dénia Sports Centre, marking the start of a new stage after a summer dedicated to beach rugby tournaments. This Tuesday, the team returned to the rugby field to resume training, with an initial focus on improving physical tone and elasticity dynamics.
"In these first training sessions, the excitement of a new season and the commitment to individual and group improvement are palpable," they say. Among the team's ranks, several new additions stand out, many of them from the School, which has led the coaching staff to focus their efforts on integrating these young talents into the main group.
The Rugby School is also resuming its activity this September, offering training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at the Dénia Sports Centre. All interested parties are invited to join or return to the practice of rugby, thus strengthening the sporting community in the region.
