Last weekend the Club d'Atletisme Baleària Dianium achieved good results in its different tests. Three of the Club's athletes, Erika Miralles, Aitana Bertomeu and Aroa Suárez, managed to get on the podium in the events and categories in which they competed.
Firstly, in Castelló the U18 Autonomous Long Throw Championship took place. For her part, Erika Miralles Cots was regional runner-up in javelin throw and fourth in hammer throw, improving her personal best in both events. She also participated in the Magdalena Anton Fichtl hammer throw event.
The second meeting of the CA Baleària Diànium happened in Torrevieja. It was the U16 Autonomous Throwing Championship, where seven EMA athletes from Dénia-CA could qualify Baleària Dianium, obtaining a podium thanks to Aitana Bertomeu Ferrer, runner-up in javelin. For his part, Pablo Garcia Castrillo was 4th in hammer; Elena Standnichuk Melnyk 4a in hammer; Carolina Crespo El Mkachet 4a in javelin; Pau Jagersma Gonzalez 5th in javelin and 6th in discus; Eddy Martinez Devesa 6th in the javelin and Katerina Moreno Dokiyenko 6th in the javelin.
Finally, in Petrer the sub12 provincial championship was held where five athletes from the EMA of Dénia-CA Baleària Diànium participated. Aroa Suárez Torres was champion in hanger and runner-up in weight; Ines Viso Leon was 10th in weight and 18th in 500 m; Almendra Berardo 4th in 60 m tanks and 8th in 1000 m; Neus Lladosa Ladios 3rd in the 2000m walk and 10th in the extended race and Corinna Ruhmann Ripardo 13th in the 60m.
