Like every year, the prestigious Michelin Guide chooses the best restaurants in Spain. Edition after edition, several Dénia restaurants recommended by the Michelin Guide appear among its pages. Some reach the Michelin Star, one of them is even among the best in the country. Others do not reach the star, but sometimes their proposal attracts the attention of the inspectors so much that they dedicate a space in the guide to recommend them.
In this new edition, only the town's starred restaurants have made it onto the pages of the guide, and one more that does not yet have one. That said, here are the restaurants in Dénia that the Michelin Guide 2025 recommends:

Peix & Brases Restaurant
Peix & Brases has managed to revalidate the Michelin Star that gave them so much joy at the end of 2021. Of the establishment, located in Plaza de Benidorm, the inspector said: «What will you find? A fairly complete menu of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, heavily based on grilled preparations, rice dishes and fresh seasonal produce (both from nearby markets and surrounding orchards). They pamper the presentations!
Location
It is one of the many restaurants located on the port façade, in the Baix la Mar neighborhood. It has one of the best views of the port of Dénia, as well as the beach Punta del Raset, very enjoyable thanks to its upper terrace.

the road
El Carreter, despite not having a star at the moment, has caught the attention of the most demanding palates by entering the guide. This restaurant in La Xara, which shares space with Venta de Posa, has won over the inspector, of whom he said: "It occupies a beautiful farmhouse, at a crossroads, whose name recalls the work of the old carters. You will find a pleasant terrace used for aperitifs or coffees, several carefully set-up rooms (one of them with a fireplace) and a modern menu, with a good tasting menu, which highlights the use of Mediterranean products."
Location
It shares a building with the historic Venta de Posa de La Xara, leaving the urban center of Dénia.

I'm dying to be able to taste at Quique Dacosta. I'm saving up.
Come on, if chefs had to go "prawn fishing" by train...
Do they have Consumer Vouchers to go eat there? Offers for families?
And Octavio's Restaurant, unbeatable. I hope it does not get as much propaganda as those mentioned, so that it continues to be as it is.
Renfe could put a train that runs along the coast of Valencia, Oliva, Denia, Javea, Altea and Benidorm, which are large urban and tourist centers. The tracks in Denia seem to be already there.
Less participation and more work on the part of the city council that never does anything, it is the town that collects the most and the one that has the worst roads, the Las Marinas highway is shameful
