My family and I came for a covid test this week and I would like an apology for the eye rolling the woman who administered the nasal swabs. She was unnecessarily aggressive with her jabbing and hurt both myself and my daughter with the swabs. Rather than be more careful when we complained of the pain she proceeded to do it twice more, just as harshly and she rolled her eyes in disgust at our discomfort.
