The Marina and Resort Marina Dénia has presented the III edition of the Wine Fair, which will be held on June 9 and 10. In addition to wine, the fair will have local products, so those companies that want to participate can already register.
This year, the barrel that illustrates the promotional poster of the event, is painted by the bullfighter and illustrator Luis Francisco Esplá and can be found in Arte en Barrica, in the Hoya de Cádenas Museum by Vicente Gandía. Last year around 4.000 people attended the Wine Fair and 21 companies participated. "This fair is going to consolidate in the region, the location is magnificent and Dénia is a very important gastronomic destination," said Vicente García, national account manager of Bodegas Vicente Gandía
On Friday, June 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Enrique García, sommelier at BonAmb de Xàvia, will give a talk about Alicante wines. And at 12 noon, the inauguration will take place. In the afternoon, from 17:30 p.m. to 21:30 p.m. and on Saturday, June 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. and from 17:30 p.m. to 21:30 p.m. Admission to the venue is free and there will be live music.
The event has the collaboration of the City Council of Dénia, Bodegas Vicente Gandía, Blasco Wineries and the sponsorship of Fine & Country. "Thank you for the support of all the collaborators and our gratitude to the Dénia City Council for their support in everything we do," said Gabriel Martínez, captain-director of Marina Dénia.
