María Jose Garcia of the collective of Compromís Dénia is presented as a candidate for regional secretary of MÉS-Compromís Marina Alta, with a team that is the result of the consensus between her candidacy and that of Aitor Llobell Sala, from Teulada and Moraira.
Garcia heads 'Som Poble, Som Comarca, Som País', a candidacy that will be presented next Saturday, July 31 in the Vall de Laguar, where the election of the next Executive of the party will take place in the Marina Alta and with which the one led by Guillermo Marhuenda will be put to an end.
This candidacy, which brings together different representative faces of the Valencian groups of the Navy, "has been the result of the consensus between two projects, mine and that of Aitor Llobell, from Teulada, who also opted for the regional secretariat" explained García.
For his part, Llobell has stated that "after discussing and agreeing, we have wanted to unite both proposals to form a strong team, with a good representation of different political and collective sensibilities" and added that "this group of people aspires to captain MÉS- You commit to the district during the next few years with the conviction of a Valencianist, municipalist, environmentalist, feminist, progressive, LGTBI, young and inclusive project that is more necessary than ever to face the challenges of these moments ”.
Together they want to be a team that leads and makes visible the political objectives of the coalition to the Navy, creating a strong and cohesive region that makes local groups grow, as well as defends and fights for the interests and demands of the peoples.
"Ultimately, we do not understand the governance of a region without the pact, the union and the structuring of the different municipal groups, so we want to adapt to the times and offer fittings for the integration of projects and agendas," García explained "with a committed and representative team ".
