Dénia chef Marco Antonio Blanquer, based in Dubai for a few years, has been nominated for The Best of Dubai Gastronomy 2022.
After almost a decade in the United Arab Emirates, Blanquer has decided to open a new restaurant that he has named Taperia. This new place serves a careful menu with which to make Mediterranean cuisine known among its Asian diners.
