Today, September 29, the agreement with the Association of fairground vendors is presented in plenary session. Denia fair for the celebration of the All Saints Fair 2022. The document presents several changes with respect to the agreement signed in 2021.
The installation of a homogeneous piped music for the entire enclosure stands out, with its volume controlled, with the aim of reducing the acoustic impact and favoring the inclusion of people with hearing needs. Only two attractions -the mechanical bull and the mini rodeo- will maintain their own music because the attraction is linked to it, but they will play it at the minimum necessary volume.
As in previous years, the Dénia All Saints Fair will have an inclusive fair day -October 26- in which the attractions will dispense with music and noise. This initiative is intended to make it easier for children with autism spectrum disorders and other hearing needs to enjoy the fair in an environment that is friendlier and more favorable to them.
This year the fair will be open from Friday, October 21 to Sunday, November 6, during authorized hours from 09:00 in the morning to 01:00 in the morning. The assembly on the esplanade of Torrecremada will begin on Monday, October 17 tomorrow and on Monday, November 7, disassembly will take place.
The agreement commits the City Council to take responsibility for the hiring of cleaning services, the installation of the civil protection booth and hygienic infrastructures.
On the other hand, following the program "whose purpose is that no boy or girl of school age is left without a fair, a free ticket will be distributed to all infant, primary and secondary students of the Dénia, Xara and Jesús Pobre schools , about 7.000 in total", pointed out the Councilor for the Interior, Javier Scotto. A commitment assumed by the association of stallholders through the agreement.
Price Update
The agreement that will be approved this afternoon in plenary includes an update of the prices of the attractions. This update responds to the economic needs of the stallholders in the face of price escalation, after years of keeping them unchanged.
It is established that at the 2022 Fair the prices of children's attractions will not exceed 3,50 euros, and that of adults will not exceed 4 euros, except in the case of two special attractions, in which the ticket will cost 4 euros (children) and 4,50 euros (adults).
In 2021 the ticket price was 3 euros, although special attractions charged 3,50 euros.

As for the Children's Days, the price remains at 2 euros, the same as last year; with the exception of three special attractions that will cost 2,50 euros.
These discount ticket days are October 21 and 26 and November 3 and 6.

It would be necessary to carry out a study again regarding the installation of the Fair near the Mercadona. I think that this new location does not favor users or vendors. It is very far from the current promenade and it is rare that they move there moved solely by the interest of the Fair.
It could not be relocated to previous plots, after the hippies. I must not be the only one who has raised the tone of protest because it has lost part of its charm.
