At a gala held last Thursday at Bodegas Enrique Mendoza of town.Consists the dianenses chef José Piera, better known as Pepe the Pegolí, was appointed Cuiner d'honor by Cuina i Tertulia Gastronomic Association.
The award Cuiner d'honor, Shared with the restorer Mercedes Blasco, Meson Ino Mutxamel annually recognizes outstanding professionals of restoration.
El Restaurant Pegolí was founded in 1943 and since then it offers its customers the best products of our bay from a privileged eclave: La playa de the Routes.
