Next Monday morning, the Provincial Court of Alicante will judge a man accused of assaulting another in a Dénia bar.
The events took place on August 7, 2019 in an establishment in the capital of the Marina Alta. According to the Prosecutor's Office, the defendant approached the victim and, without saying a word, hit him on the torso and face while threatening to kill him. The victim suffered bruises on his shoulder, ribs and left eye.
The Public Prosecutor asks for him a prison sentence of 8 years for a crime of injuries.
