After mass, the image returns in procession to the street and the traditional joys to the Holy Trinity are sung.

At the end, an awards ceremony is given to the participants thanks to the collaboration of neighborhood companies.

History

According to the Dianense historian Vicent Balaguer in the festivities book of 2016, Santísima Trinidad de Dénia street dates from the late nineteenth century. Around the year 1908 it already had 28 houses occupied by families of working origin.

Balaguer refers to a story collected years ago by Roberto Roselló Ribes from the mouth of Josefa Far Català, who reproduced the words of his grandmother, Vicenta Pont:

Mrs. Pont, very devoted to the Holy Trinity, entrusted herself to her when she fell ill. Healing was so rapid that Vicenta, as a way of gratitude, acquired a lithograph of the Trinity. Over time, she managed to save enough money to buy a carving and, according to tradition, she approached the Dianense historian Roc Chabàs, who at that time was canon of the Cathedral of Valencia, to bring her an image of the statue from there. Holy Trinity. Chabàs fulfilled his commission and from that moment on, a mass and a set of festive events have been celebrated in the Agustinas Convent.
