The cooking workshop organized by homeguti it has been a complete success. This exciting culinary event took place at the company's facilities, where members of the Rotary Club of Denia, and foodie enthusiasts, came together to learn from one of the best chefs in the region, Andrea Drago, from the renowned Orobianco Restaurant, in Calpe.
The chef Andrea Drago and his team, prepared live, and delighted the attendees with their creative top-level dishes:
- Cuttlefish tagliatela, with white corn cream, in its ink sauce and peas
- Galley and burrata ravioli, with ham and basil soup
- Creamy coffee, licorice, cocoa, raspberry sorbet and balsamic vinegar.
In addition to this culinary experience, the De la Tierra Javea company offered an exquisite Wine tasting. Participants had the opportunity to enjoy a carefully chosen selection of high-quality wines, perfectly paired with the dishes prepared in the workshop.
But the date didn't end there. And the thing is, the company Pichi's, specialized in gourmet coffees, provided a exclusive coffee tasting.
