The 8 cyclists who have traveled 1400 kilometers arrive in Dénia to collaborate with Condenados al Curb
Last Saturday, after traveling 1400 km, the eight French cyclists from the Entraid 49 Association arrived in Dénia with the aim of collaborating with the regional association of people with different abilities, Condenados al Curb.
David, Julien, Philippe, Raphael, Christophe, Stephane, Vincent and Jean-Philippe, accompanied by more than 150 cyclists and runners during the last kilometer, were received at IES Maria Ibars by a multitude of people, many of them members, volunteers and supporters of Condenados al Curb, as well as citizens willing to show their gratitude to those responsible for this new feat.

The mayor of Dénia, together with the City Council Committee, welcomed them and spoke a few words of thanks.
Next, Franck, the only cyclist who has completed all the editions since 2011, commented on how the race unfolded and presented a check for 12.000 euros, destined for the association Condenados al curb that Jimmy Higueras received. Elsa's friends and other French Associations also received different donations. This collaboration will allow both associations to continue developing their projects, specifically the School of Adapted Sports by Condemned.

The reception was a real party, tears of emotion, joy, hugs, congratulations and delivery of details by the members of the Association and the City Council.
At the arrival, the IES Maria Ibars was fundamental, packed with people and full of flags, banners, a photographic exhibition of the activities carried out by the Sports School in its facilities and a lot of dedication and enthusiasm.
The Amics de Dénia Cycling Club also collaborated, waiting for the cyclists in Tavernes de Valldigna to accompany them to Dénia, and the Dianium Athletics Club, which accompanied the group with several runners until they arrived at the IES Maria Ibars.
