house among pines It is a house located in Jávea, conditioned by its exceptional location among trees and the interest in maintaining them.
The situation of this property, results in a fragmented house in which the vegetation is integrated.
The house is made up of different cubes that adapt to the vegetation and topography of the plot. The facade is made with blocks of natural earth, to blend the house with its surroundings.
In this property, we have worked with the orientation, the wind, nature and the materials of the plot, as proximity components, to minimize energy consumption.
In addition, different porches are generated that allow you to enjoy the outside depending on the season of the year and the different times.
This house is a clear example of how the projects of QB architects they represent the interest in preserving the environment and integrating nature into them, this being a priority when designing homes.
The boundaries between the interior and exterior of the property merge; the nature that surrounds house among pines it becomes part of the landscape of the house, entering each of the rooms.
Beatriz Garcia Morales and Enrique Chapa founded the study of QB architects in 2005, since then they have already made more than 50 homes working in the cities of Valencia, Dénia, Jávea, Moraira and Madrid, always with the aim of creating special and unique properties for each client.
This architecture studio always accompanies the client in all the processes involved in creating a home, both in the search for the plot and in the choice of the builder and, especially, in its design and construction.
