Citizens requested a meeting with the Director General of Ports of the Generalitat Valenciana

January 20 from 2016 - 00: 00

The municipal group of Citizens in Dénia has set a goal: to recover the port for the city.

That is why the deputies of their formation María José García and Tony Woodward have requested a meeting with the General Director of Ports of the Generalitat Valenciana, Carlos Domingo, to transfer «el malestar de los vecinos por su gestión» and seek solutions.

Citizens proposal goes through a «cambio radical» on how to manage the port, with a reinvestment of much of the benefits in deficit infrastructure connecting the port with the city, a complete remodeling of the seafront which could include the underground traffic and opening applications port to its neighbors as the dog beach or fishing on the jetties.
