The Governing Board of the Dénia City Council has approved today the bases of the second call for Parèntesi aid, promoted by the Generalitat to help self-employed and micro-businesses in the sectors most affected by the restrictions derived from the pandemic.
This second call is aimed at activities that did not request aid in February; new activities that were not eligible for the first call; and beneficiaries of the first aid who did not obtain the maximum eligible amount.
These new activities include: retail trade in non-specialized food, beverage and tobacco establishments; retail sale of telecommunications equipment in specialized stores; other retail sale of new items in specialized stores; retail sale of second-hand items in specialized stores; film, video and television program post-production activities; film and video production activities and sports and recreational education; retail trade of textiles, clothing, footwear, newspapers and stationery in specialized establishments, among others.
In any case, applicants must be self-employed and micro-businesses, with a maximum of 10 working people, who carry out the activity in Dénia, La Xara and Jesús Pobre and who are currently in operation.
And as in the first call, a maximum of € 2.000 will be granted per self-employed or micro-company and an additional amount of € 200 for each worker affiliated with Social Security as of December 31, 2020. The maximum amount that can be granted is € 4.000.
