Vicent Grimalt is the favorite candidate for the majority to win the mayoralty of Dénia
After carrying out the analysis of surveys collected on the street and carried out by an external company for Dénia.com, it is revealed that Vicent Grimalt He is the favorite candidate to win the mayoralty of Dénia. 23,9% of those interviewed would like the socialist to govern, while his closest persecutor, the popular Pepa Font, only achieved a mention of 14,3%. Rafa Carrió stalks the two representatives of the bipartisanship with a figure of 10,8%, and the rest of the applicants does not exceed the 5% barrier. In addition, 3 out of 10 Dianenses show indecision about it.

The voters of each party, logically, believe that the best mayor for the municipality would be the leader of their formation. The most important transfer is found in Gent of Dénia, where approximately 2 out of 10 of their voters confess that they would like Pepa Font to become mayor.
The undecided or demobilized do not show a predilection for any of the candidates.
Women stand out for their high rate of uncertainty regarding this question, 35,5% do not know which applicant they would like to be the first mayor of the corporation.
The retirees want Grimalt, the businessmen want Font and the young people want Carrió
Due to employment status, retirees are clear that the highest representative of the council would have to be Vicent Grimalt (since 47% affirm so). The students (21,4%), on the other hand, advocate a more leftist government with Juanjo Nieves to the head; and, finally, the self-employed and businessmen (27,2%) opted for an administration headed by Pepa Font.
The socialist and popular candidates, as usual, stand out among the older population. Quite the opposite occurs with Juanjo Nieves and Rafa Carrió, who stand out in the younger demographic strata.

- Universe of study: Residents of Dénia with the right to vote in the local elections of May 2023: 31.022 people (Source: CER, CERE and CERA. Electoral Census Office, INE May 2023).
- Confidence interval: 95,5%.
- Sampling: Personnel at a strategic point, random in the selection of the respondent and with control of quotas by age, sex and nationality.
- Field work: From May 8 to 16, 2023.
- Sample: 300 surveys.
